Intellectual property: Our methodologies, templates, and report formats are proprietary. You may use the deliverables for your business, but you may not resell or publish our reports or processes without permission.

You agree not to disclose any confidential information we share, including internal notes or tooling details, except to your team members who need it to implement recommendations.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cayman SEO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

Termination: Either party may stop Services at any time. Any outstanding fees for work performed remain due. If you stop Services, you may still use deliverables already provided.
